After a 4 1/2 hour drive from N. IL to a relatives farm in Central WI I pulled in around 9:00 a.m. I didn't even unload my bags, clothes, etc., just put my gear in the atv and my uncle drove me out to our spot. I was set up around 9:45 and by 10:45 I called 2 jakes accross a field to within 15 yards. I passed on them and they left after a bit. An hour later they came back and left again. Then at approx. 12:15 this tom snuck in on me while just soft calling with a few clucks and some purring! I didn't let this long beard get away and dropped him at 15 yards!

The morning started out like a lot of other mornings for me. Standing in the same spot, listening to the same birds gobbling their heads off at daylight, just out of reach across the property line. Deciding to try my luck anyways, I made my way through the pine thicket that separated me and the swamp, which was our club border. I set-up on the swamp's edge and decided to try to call the gobbler across to me, which I figured wouldn't have much success but he was the closest and hottest bird I had heard all morning.I pulled out my Tom Teasers Redneck Hen diaphragm call and made a few short yelps only to be cut off by a huge gobble down deeper in the swamp. I set up at that spot but after hearing him gobble several more times I realized he was still several hundred yards away and I decided to cut the distance. I moved about a hundred yards farther into the bottom and set up in a pine cutover area with the swamp on my left and a stand of thick pines on my right. I got ready and hit the mouth call again only to find out that the gobblers were less than 100 yards away in the pines on my right! Less than a minute later a "grown" jake that I had seen but passed on the Friday before appeared on the hillside to my left and let out a HUGE gobble less than 10 yards from my face. I must have been shaking like a leaf because he figured out something wasn't right and made a turn to leave. Before he could I let the 870 loose and.... missed (come to find out I actually shot him in the wing)! I couldn't believe it! Acting on pure reflexes and adrenaline I jumped to my feet and got off another shot as he was just breaking into a run. The next shot didn't miss and I rolled him at about 45 yards! He's not huge by any means but I worked hard to get him and I'm darn proud of him. He had a 4" beard and weighed just a little over 15 lbs. This was my first year using diaphragm calls and to say I am pleased would be an understatement. Mr.Tommy Walton is a great guy to do business with and he makes a heck of a product. He has a lifetime customer in me for sure!

One of the finest Glass and Slate calls that I have ever ran. Love it, won't go to the woods without it. Can't beat the diaphram calls either..Why go to Cabela's or Bass Pro and buy 10 and have 2 good ones, when you can buy these and have them all work great..Hard to beat these great custom calls. A good friend of mine that helped me get started turkey hunting told me about Tom Teasers calls and all I can say is that he was right. My favorites are the Dominant hen 3.5 cutter, teaser 3 reed cutter, and the glass call. I really like your calls and have told as many people as I can how good they are. I have been blessed to have some great seasons and I owe a lot of my success to your calls and how great they sound. Thanks again and keep making those great calls. |

Hey guys, I just wanted to let you know how much I love your calls. I was trying to use several other kinds of mouth calls and just couldn't seem to get the hang of it. Someone told me about your calls and how easy they were to use even for someone that was learning or having a hard time. I bought a couple and sure enough, I started sounding like a turkey right off the bat. Your mouth calls are very easy for me to use and I killed my limit because of your calls. Thanks for making a very easy to use and great sounding mouth call. Gary |

I love my Tom Teasers!! I had tried several different brands of mouth calls and just couldn't get any "real" turkey sounds that I was satisfied with. A friend told me about Tom Teasers and convinced me to try them. Boy am I glad I did. They are so easy to use and they flat sound like a turkey is supposed to. Here is a pic of a gobbler that likes Tom Teasers as well. |

Uses: Pro Series The Meat Call
The morning started out cool and rainy and hunting birds that had already been hunted on the first three days of the spring season. After we parked the truck I was locking the gate and Corey heard the bird on the roost and pin pointed his location. We went as fast as we could and as close as we thought we could get by with and started to set up. While Corey was getting ready I put out a couple of decoys the whole while listening to the Tom sounding off in the distance. Once we were both set I used "The Meat Call" to let him know where we were. After about three sets of tree calls he was on the ground and starting to come our way. Corey saw the bird first and soon we could here him drumming. After some sweet talk with my "Meat Call" we had him strutting at 30 yards. When he turned away Corey let the hammer down! When we jumped up and ran over to the downed bird we found out just what a good bird he was. At 10 years old Corey had just taken a bird that weighed 22 lbs 10.5 oz, 10 7/8" beard and 1 1/2" spurs. We entered the bird in the Va State Big Game Contest and he placed 2nd in the youth division and 8th overall. He also was the 4th highest scoring bird of all time in the youth division. Thanks Tom Teasers for a great call and for helping us to make a great memory!!! |

Uses: Pro Series The Meat Call
Thanks for such a awesome mouth call.I am a new turkey hunter and this call was so easy to use. It helped me bag my first longbeard. I roosted this bird the evening before and set up on him within 100 yds of the tree he was in. Little did I know that he had 17 hens with him. They pitched down and fed out in the field working away from me. I got one of the hens attention by my calling and she started my way. This big gobbler did not like this so he came charging in and I shot him at 10 steps. He sported a double beard and 1.5" spurs and weighed 22.5 lbs. I look forward to use your calls for many more seasons. |

Uses: Pro Series The Meat Call, Dominant Hen Slate & Purple Heart Striker
Not too long ago, a friend of mine got me to try out these Tom Teaser calls. I am sure glad that he did! These are the realest sounding turkey calls that I have ever heard, and the turkeys love them. The first time that I used them was a cool, rainy morning. I Thought it was going to be a long morning with little action until I pulled out my Pro Series Meat call. I ran it for a couple series, then the woods lit up with gobbles. That's all it took. Within 10 minutes I was watching a nice gobbler strutting at about 100 yards. That thing couldn't resist that Meat Call. He kept coming in until I busted him at about 15 yards. He weighed about 20 pounds, had a 10 inch beard, and 1 1/4 inch spurs. Thanks to Tom Teasers, I killed my first turkey. Thanks for the great memory and keep it up! I won't ever use a different call. These calls have me hooked for life!
